Legal Advice

The BANSIC Legal Service offers legal advice every second Wednesday evening from 7pm.

This service is provided by local practicing solicitors who volunteer their time. The duty solicitor can clarify a legal situation; is able to give advice on further action if it is needed and can direct you to the right service.

The duty solicitor does not act on behalf of the client and is not able to help with the following problems: fences, trees, pets, noise, or boundaries. The client needs to contact the Dispute Settlement Centre with these problems. A BANSIC staff member looks after the reception during the legal advice service.

For an appointment please contact BANSIC.
