Tax Help

Free Tax Help is provided by volunteers trained and accredited by the Australian Taxation Department (not qualified tax consultants).

This service is available for pensioners, retirees and low-income wage earners (non-business) who have only minimal additional income and have simple tax returns. Refunds of Imputation Credits and Baby Bonus claims can also be done for those who do not need to lodge a tax return.

The Tax Help service is available from middle of July to last working day of October each year.

Appointments for Tax Help are essential.
